LOMAS Architecture Design & Developments Ltd is a multi-award winning dynamic architectural and development practice established in 2018. We work across a range of sectors including affordable to luxury residential projects, commercial, industrial, education, retail, mixed-use, master planning, regeneration and the refurbishment of listed and historic buildings.

We have a reputation as Self-Build consultants, helping our clients navigate through the sometimes complex process of self-building. We also offer Project Management Services, 3D Visualisations and are qualified Principle Designers offering Health and Safety advise and co-ordination to ensure our clients are fully Construction Design & Management Regulation [CDM] compliant.

Having worked extensively for a Principle Contractor our Managing Director offers an in-depth, unrivalled knowledge of the construction process. We offer a full range of services from initial site appraisals, feasibility design, Planning and Building Regulation submissions, detailed design through to site completion.

We also secure and develop property and land for sale either as completed projects or with the benefit of planning permission.
